Installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CO2/Fiber/UV laser systems and inkjet printers at client sites.
Design and maintain control electronics for industrial printing and laser marking equipment. Experience with PLCs and microcontrollers preferred.
Assist in developing internal tools, dashboards, and IoT integrations for smart factory printing systems. Hands-on learning environment.
Handle customer queries, coordinate with service engineers, and manage after-sales support for printing equipment via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
